Refund policy

***ALL returns will be processed for CART CREDIT only. Exchanges are no longer available***

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from any returns where a direct refund was approved as a one-time courtesy. This is due to processing fees.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Chat in to us on the app or send an email to hello@shopsweetsunshine.com to request a return. Include the order number of the item you are hoping to return.
  • If the item you are requesting to return is damaged, provide a photo.
  • All returns MUST be clearly approved by email before sending back. If you send an item back without approval, we will ship it back to you. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • All accessories are final-sale.
  • All home decor items are final-sale.
  • All bralettes or "intimates" are final-sale.
  • All Sweet Sunshine exclusives and gear are final-sale.
  • All mystery bags/promotional sales are final-sale.
  • All shampoos, conditioners, face scrubs, body scrubs, body butters, and personal care items are final-sale. 
  • All shoes are final-sale.
  • All pre-sale items are final-sale.
  • All returned item(s) must be unwashed and unworn with tags still attached. They also must be free of any scents, stains, and/or pet hair.
  • Sweet Sunshine has the right to deny a return and mail back to the customer.

We ask that you please contact us first at hello@shopsweetsunshine.com before anyone else if you have an issue with your order.

IMPORTANT: We understand that when shopping online, it can be hard to determine the size you need for an item. However, we ask that you are careful when ordering. Please do not participate in mystery bags if you have special requests; we love to accomodate customers when we can, but we can never guarentee this with mystery bags. Once your shipping label has been printed, we cannot cancel or refund your order. Please reach out to us for additional assistance so we can discuss options.

In the event that you request to cancel an order after it is placed, we will cancel the order as a cart credit. This can be done as long as your shipping label has not yet been created. IF a direct refund is requested, an approved, the refund will be issued with a 15% fee deduction.
