Returns
You have 7 days from the day your item(s) are delivered to send back the return for an exchange or store credit on your account. The item(s) must be in the mail and timestamped at the post office within 7 days of being delivered in order for us to accept the return.
Please contact us via email first with your order number and item number to confirm the return. After we respond to your email & approve the return, please mail back your item(s) with the following information:
• Your name
• Order #
• Reason for the return (if the item is damaged please just let us know. You will be reimbursed for shipping if the item is damaged in the form of a shop credit or we can PayPal you the cost)
If there is no prior communication of a return via email, we will not accept the package and you must pay to ship it back to you. Returned item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, tags still attached, and free of any scents, stains, pet hair, or damages. Buyer pays all return shipping charges. Returns may take up to 14 business days to process after receipt/delivery at the warehouse.
All items ending in .99, market exclusive, holiday collections, swag bags, mystery add on orders, beauty products, electronic products, hats, scarves, hair accessories, glasses, jewelry, handbags, makeup bags, deal of the day, steal of a deal, door busters, pre-orders, mystery items, mystery credit items, freebie items, discounted items, sale items, promotional items, or items that are purchased using a coupon are not exchangeable/returnable and are all sales final.
