Giveaways + Giftcard Info

All giveaways are shipped from supplier. 

• Please see the shipping times for the suppliers to answer questions. If there is a discrepancy with your giveaway you must reach out via email.

• you will always receive your PAID merchandise. Tracking will be sent to your email and updated on your customer account.
• we issue Giftcards for being active, with product purchases and order number giveaways. These Giftcards expire within 30 days of it being issued on date. . DO NOT WAIT LAST MINUTE! P.S. ITS FREE MONEY!
• Giftcards that are purchased are active for ONE YEAR.
• Giftcards that are not purchased and gifted we have the right to not ship items if you are disrespectful to staff in anyway or form. Demanding on your time will make process last longer. These items were FREE to you. 
• you MUST pay shipping for all giftaway purchases. if you do not within 6 hours of your order you forfeit your items.
• Please note that if you are disrespectful , demanding or rude with any of my team or the owner you will forfeit your giveaway prize. Harassing the team will not help your situation. If anything it will prolong the giveaway and possibly losing the item
•  we do over 500 giveaways a month and all giveaways are shipped from suppliers.
• If you have unpaid invoices, cancelled invoices, or have been removed /left the VIP group then you have lost your addition giveaway, product, credit , or FREE items.

• DO NOT USE GIFTCARDS ON PREORDER - SALE ITEMS - MYSTERY OR ITEMS WILL NOT SHIP. 
• DO NOT use entire gift card at once. MAX amount to be used in one transaction is $50. 
• Reminder payment if over $50 will be due at checkout via other payment form or will not ship until payment made.
• If you do not follow rules you lose remaining of giftcard AND other order is cancelled if payment is not met AND will NOT ship
